Rescue Animals Been Through Hell

sheltersIt’s time to step up your game folks- I’m concerned that nobody really pays enough attention to my articles, or posts on facebook about using homeopathy (and other natural solutions to animal medical and emotional issues), in the animal shelters or at the rescue centers.

For the heck of it, I googled ‘homeopathy animal shelters’ and found but a few other folks like myself, blogging about various benefits of homeopathy, Bach flower essences, and foods that will benefit both pets and rescue animals. I found no reference to Sai Sanjeevini patterns being used for animals, period. I did find The Ottawa Valley Dog Whisperer – chock full of information about many forms of natural healing for animals http://ottawavalleydogwhisperer.blogspot.com/ so you might want to go there, too, for some great ideas on natural animal health care.

Again, I challenge all animal lovers, pet owners, and rescue and shelter workers, to expand your knowledge, get with the times, and learn something new;

arcHomeopathy– This system of medicine involves using highly diluted substances, in order to trigger the body’s natural system of healing (be it human or animal’s body). We can easily address issues such as anxiety, aggression, digestive problems, wounds and injuries, and more. I have used Aconite to bring a wild bird out of shock, and settle down  anxious  dogs. Every shelter should have a basic pet kit of about 30 commonly used remedies for animals.

bachBach flowers– Bach flower essences can be used to neutralize shock, and also to address issues such as confidence, coping capability, learning from past mistakes, and patience. It takes no prior training to figure out which remedy fits the trait you are addressing. Just match it up, and place a dropper full into the water of any animal you are trying to cure. The Star of Bethlehem flower essence can neutralize the effects of shock and trauma on an abused or mistreated dog. Both inexpensive and non- perscriptive.

sai6Sai Sanjeevini– These remarkable prayer patterns have specific patterns for beak and feather disease, fleas and ticks, mange, and canine distemper, and you can use the entire array of patterns in the Sai Sanjeevini ‘hospital’ on animals, as well. Print off the patterns, place a glass or jug of water on top, say a short prayer, and in 15 seconds your remedy is ready. Be it cancer, urinary tract disorder, heart problems, or diabetes, it is a no-brainer to make up these remedies and administer in water. The Sai Sanjeevini system is free, easy to learn, and believe me, it works.

The savings in veterinary costs and prescriptions would be astounding, and the benefits to the animals would surpass that of the savings. Our rescue animals have either been through hell, or about to enter. There is so much more that we can do- so much more…
