One of my readers messaged me and asked how many days of swishing would it take to cure diabetes. Days?

If you don’t already know, swishing, or oil pulling is the ancient practice called Kavala Gandoosha, used in India to maintain good health for over 5,000 years. This practice is claimed to cure about 30 systemic diseases ranging from migraine headache to diabetes and asthma, along with preventing tooth decay, oral malodor, bleeding gums, dryness of throat, cracked lips, and for strengthening teeth, gums and the jaw, while whitening the teeth. It is a form of ‘complimentary’ medicine, and a powerfully detoxifying technique. Constipated? I challenge any of you to vigorously swish cold pressed sesame oil for 20 minutes, and then not go to the bathroom! Even my dentist does oil pulling every day, as a part of his morning routine. But don’t expect immediate result folks. Your teeth did not get yellow and loose overnight, nor do you just suddenly wake up one day with diabetes. It could take months…it is not a quick fix.

Likewise with juicing, honey and cinnamon, and even exercise, it takes time for the body to change, and like a flower that is going from bud to bloom, you may not be able to measure the progress moment to moment, or on a daily basis. For you that want a quick fix- there isn’t one!

The discipline of good daily health practices takes commitment. I cannot brag that I am consistent with ‘best health practices’ but I certainly know what they are, and am happy to give you a few tips about each;

Very Big Year At www.thependulist.org

pendulumsIt’s been an amazing year for me at ‘thependulist’, now boasting 81 subscribers, 61,000 site visitors, and over 350,000 page views, letting me know there are a lot of ‘us’ out there. I thank you for coming to read about my experiences and experiments.

To re-cap the year, I used Sai Sanjeevini healing cards extensively for myself, my family, and for various groups in need such as flood, Ebloa, or earthquake victims. Between myself and my readers, we have collectively come up with some interesting and creative deliveries for this healing system including (but not limited to) charging up food, business cards, and even artwork! I had the opportunity to give the addiction remedy to my daughter, who reported benefit from it, and is also on a constant broadcast of a mega remedy designed just for her, and has been for over a year. She is currently successful and well rooted in her recovery although let me caution you that this was a long road, not a quick fix.

Another thing I have been using a lot of this year is digital radionics software. You can broadcast your intention on any given matter using an uploaded picture of the subject, or listen to a homeopathic healing tone- everything from aconite to zincum, or bach flower remedy tones, tones for frozen joints, herpes, headache, or asthma, and such an array of healing choices you would not believe.

Tarot, numerology, and astrology are 3 of the 4 most important systems that synchronize and become universal platform- the 4th being Kabbalah. I admit to being a novice in practicing these systems, but understand they each provide the code of the universe- interwoven as the fabric of my existence.

Daily health practices like oil pulling, honey and cinnamon and juicing became routine this year, with not one cold or flu!! And let us not forget, I balance all food and drinks upon entering the house, using my pendulum.

My goals for 2015 are to continue to offer natural and metaphysical solutions, especially in the recovery world, where addicts have very little in the way of choices. 50 some odd years ago, children did not get vaccinated until school age, around 6 years of age. Back then, neurological disorders were quite uncommon. In these times, children are vaccinated at birth for HIB, and receive literally dozens of vaccinations by the age of 2, prior to the blood brain barrier becoming fully developed. It’s no secret- medical literature around the world turns up many articles linking vaccinations with neurological disorders. The on-slot of autism began with the massive vaccination programs or the 40’s and 50’s, and before that, autism was extremely rare or unheard of. At first, it only occurred in the children of wealthy parents, since vaccinations were a luxury (not free or government sponsored as they are today). Later autism became a disease of all classes (with government-sponsored vaccine programs).

The government admits the risks, and did you know that in order to pay for the vaccine injuries deaths, a surtax is levied on mandated vaccines.  When parents elect to have their children vaccinated, a portion of the money they spend on each vaccine goes into a congressional fund to compensate themm if their child is hurt or killed by the shot.

Excuse Me While I Save The World

save the worldIf only there were 30 hours in a day, I could probably get everything done. But given we each get only 24, and I like to use at least 8-9 or more hours in bed each day, that leaves me with a precious few to run my life and save the world and such.

 

My healing and habits have branched out a little, as has everything. These are but some of my many daily ‘best health’ practices and routines:

Swish– oil pulling is how I start almost every day of my life now- 20 minutes of cold pressed sesame oil swished around in the mouth. It is restoring my oral health and whatever else fringe benefits I am getting from it, but for the dental rewards alone, I shall swish til the day I die! Just so you know, oil pulling can aid in curing diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, as well as diseases like polio, cancer, leprosy, polycystic kidney, neural fibroma, and paralysis.

Refresh Sai Sanjeevini prayer patterns– I have a table full of patterns being broadcasted to self, friends, and family for various conditions, as well as prophylactics for swine flu and cancer and other potential health threats. I refresh them every day with a  prayer.

Dowse– almost everyday I find myself having to dowse for one reason or another, such as,  are the leftovers still fresh enough to eat? (they probably are because I balance everything when I  bring it into the house)  or,  how many times a day should I give Brandi the Arnica for her UT condition?  or whatever else is called for that day.

Blog– part of the way I give back is to share what I have learned with the world.

Work– When I am able to work, I am a fund raiser for progressive non-profit organizations, all of which I adore and support. I help them save the world by day, and sleep well at night.

A teaspoon of honey and cinnamon– since I talk for a living, I coat my throat with a teaspoon of raw honey and a high grade cinnamon each day before leaving the house for work. The other health benefits of honey and cinnamon are numerous and widespread from bad breath, upset stomach, hearing problems, infertility, and flu, to weigh loss and more.
A random act of kindness– I try to let no day go by without doing at least one of these.

I recently took it 2 days before dental surgery (and after along with Arnica), and the doctor reported hardly any blood during surgery, and I also had an speedy and successful recovery.

Honey For Canine Seizures

brandiCanine seizures can result from many things, such as worm infestation, low blood sugar, vaccinations, kidney failure, head trauma, or brain tumors. Brandi, our 13 year old Rottie/Husky mix, had a seizure yesterday, from out of no where, it seemed. Seizures can be identified by stiffness, loss of consciousness, shaking or twitching, or vomiting. It was frightening, and I had no clue as to what to do. I seriously thought we might loose her, but my fast thinking husband grabbed the honey and spooned some down her throat, bringing her immediately to consciousness.

I believe Brandi’s was a hypoglycemic attack, as it was so readily halted by the honey. The honey raises the blood sugar thus stabilizing the dog. Note, maple syrup can be used, as well.

So far so good. She had a bath and will be vacuumed and brushed a little later, which she absolutely adores. No signs of weakness or glassy eyes.

Balancing The Fringe Life

“Don’t stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done” is a Facebook quote I just read, made by an extremely hardworking animal activist. It was inspiring. Whenever I hear someone saying “I’m fringebored” I could swat them. There is always something to read or learn, or help or do…our ‘works’ become our daily lives, and sleep is the luxury we indulge in after a long day of giving. If you are reading this, I would image you are a ‘fringe’ person in your own way, as am I.

scalesSince our work is never done, it’s best to find a balance between ‘mainstream’ and ‘not’. First, we must, must make plenty of time for ourselves- we must fuel our fire. I’ll be going over personal survival ‘musts’, a little later, but I also first want to moneymention that fringe does not have to mean broke.  Prosperity is a good thing- it allows us to be even more generous, but it is the huge stockpiling of money and resources that I object to. A modest stockpile is okay and necessary. Anything above that is greed and hoarding, as I see it. Our personal prosperity can help both individuals and the masses, depending on how clever and resourceful we are.

studyIt also important to be articulate and well read, especially on fringe issues. Good communication breeds tolerance and understanding and could make the difference in someone elses paradigm shift.

Empowerment through knowledge and self healing,  can be achieved in every way, in this world of internet and global communications. You can learn to perform surgery via a youtube video, research world alternative cancer treatments at the click of a mouse, or chat live with an attorney on line about a legal problem. You can, and must, become your own doctor and lawyer, and learn to partner with professionals rather then ‘hire’ them to think for you. Because we all operate at warp speed in these times, we can actually do all this, and more. And once you embrace metaphysical healing for yourself, family, and pets, you will never go back to your old ways.

More Amazing Honey And Cinnamon Cures

Yes, still more honey and cinnamon cures

INSECT BITES: Take one part honey to two parts of lukewarm water and add a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder, make a paste and massage it on the itching part of the body slowly. It is noticed that the pain recedes within a minute or two.

IMMUNE SYSTEM: Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles to fight bacteria and viral diseases.

INFLUENZA: A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains a natural ingredient, which kills the influenza germs and saves the patient from flu.

SKIN INFECTIONS: Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections.

WEIGHT LOSS:  Here is the formula- it should be prepared at night before going to bed;

1. Use 1 part cinnamon to 2 parts raw honey. 1/2 tsp cinnamon to 1 tsp honey is recommended but can use more or less as long as in the ratio of 1 to 2. — so 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp raw honey is ok too as an example.

2. Boil 1 cup…that is 8 oz of water.

3. Pour water over cinnamon and cover and let it steep for 1/2 hour..(30 minutes)

4. Add honey now that it has cooled. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.

5. Drink 1/2 of this directly before going to bed. The other 1/2 should be covered and refrigerated.

6. In the morning drink the other half that you refrigerated…but do not re-heat it…drink it cold or at room temp only.

Do not add anything else to this recipe. No lemon, no lime, no vinegar. It is not necessary to drink it more times in a day…it is only effective on an empty stomach and primarily at night.

This works for most people. Inches are lost before any measurement on the scales. This program will cause significant inches lost…but you will reach a plateau and may not lose anymore. This is because the cinnamon and honey cause a cleansing effect in the digestive tract and cleans out parasites and other fungus and bacteria that slow down the digestion…causing a toxic build up. (Lowers pH) Once this is all cleaned out then you will most likely have the weight loss slow down. Other side effects from a cleansing can occur because of toxins being released…if this occurs, cut back on how much you use or take a break. Additionally people report increased energy, more sex drive, and feeling happier/mood enhancer.

                            *NOTE: The honey used for all honey and cinnamon formulas needs to be REAL RAW UNPASTEURIZED HONEY. If it says PURE honey it is most likely pasteurized. It is best to only buy honey that says RAW or UNPASTEURIZED on the label. The difference is that the enzymes are all heated out of the pasteurized honey.

A New Way To Heal- Honey And Cinnamon

The more I read about honey and cinnamon, the more I’m liking it. There doesn’t seem to be a thing it won’t cure! Here are more of the dozens of ways to use this super food and amazing spice…

UPSET STOMACH: Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomachache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root. That’s the point- clearing from the root, not suppressing.

GAS: According to the studies done in India and Japan, it is revealed that if honey is taken with cinnamon powder the stomach is relieved of gas.

INDIGESTION: Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food, relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals.

and here is one that I just love;

LONGEVITY: Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly arrests the ravages of old age. Take 4 spoons of honey, 1 spoon of cinnamon powder and 3 cups of water and boil to make like tea. Drink 1/4 cup, 3 to 4 times a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. Life spans also increases and even a 100 year old, starts performing the chores of a 20-year-old.

It was the accepted practice in Babylon 4,000 years ago that for a month after the wedding, the bride’s father would supply his son-in-law with all the mead he could drink. Mead is a honey beer, and because their calendar was lunar based, this period was called the honey month … which we know today as the honeymoon.

Dressing Your Stage For A Great Day

Better we concentrate on enriching our own lives, and finding what value and service we can be to our fellow man, accentuate the positive,and eliminate the negative. Now what can we do to enhance the process, you ask?

sagestickStart by purifying your surroundings. We use the burning of a sage smudge stick as one of the ways to ‘clear’ our home- a custom that is mentioned in the Bible, and also done by Native Americans. Incense is another purifying method, and in addition, we use Ruggerio’s chart #15, eliminator of noxious energy, and you can dowse as well, and ask your pendulum to remove negative energy.

flowersDress your stage. When you have a clean and appealing environment, both physically and energy wise, you can do good work. My desk is by a large bright window,tidy, and I always keep pretty flowers on it- floors and dishes are always clean. But that’s just me. When everything is in it’s place, I feel less distracted.

getting up in morningGood daily routines can also keep you on point. Mine is long, including but not limited to oil swishing, honey and cinnamon, 5 rites, and a glass of Sai Sanjeevini prayer water. It’s rare if I get everything on my list done daily, so I mix it up and do the best I can.
